1. Clamp the water meter to be tested between the front and rear straight pipe sections or between the nozzles, close the regulating valves, open the water inlet valve, so that the water meter and the pipeline bear the water pressure, and there is no leakage at the joints.

First slowly open the regulating valve to adjust the nominal value allowed by the water meter, then open other regulating valves to remove the air in the water meter and its pipeline, make the water meter rotate for a period of time, and then align the pointer to the "position or a certain scale, Close the regulating valve, record the division of the water meter, drain the water in the measuring device, and then close the drain valve, which is the "position of the standard measuring device. Operate the regulating valve to adjust to a certain amount, and inject it into the standard measuring device. When the pointer of the water meter reaches the predetermined scale, or the water level of the standard measuring device reaches the predetermined value, close the regulating valve, and the opening or closing action time should not exceed 1.5 seconds. After the water level of the standard measuring device is still, take a reading and record it. Compare the water volume during the operation of the water meter with the actual water volume of the standard measuring device.

1. The calibration device should be installed in a well-lit and well-ventilated place.
2. Install the standard gauge rack on the base and adjust the vial. The workbench is installed directly in front of the standard measuring instrument, and the meter outlet pipe is aligned with the corresponding measuring instrument, and then the measuring instrument frame and the workbench are fixed.
3. Connect the water inlet pipe and the copper pipe of the two-position four-way valve. There should be no leakage at each joint.
4. If the rotor meter is skewed after transportation, adjust it and install it vertically.
5. For ease of use and maintenance, sufficient space should be left around the calibration device during installation.
